A correspondent in Delhi reports: Dr Manmohan Singh was seen laughing for two entire minutes!

This is the first time in his ten year tenure as India's premier when Dr Singh was actually seeing laughing.

The PM started laughing when senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley told Dr Singh that a rainbow coalition was taking shape between the Trinmool Congress and activist Anna Hazare.

Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari too seemed to enjoy this political joke, made by Jaitley at the farewell accorded to retiring Rajya Sabha MPs.
