Mulayam: We should rise above party politics

SP chief Mulayam Singh thanks all Parliamentarians and says MPs across parties should forget their individual differences and rise above party politics and make a positive difference to the country. He also thanks Sonia Gandhi as UPA chief in his farewell speech before the Parliament is adjourned sine die.
