Stay for all seven convicts, but SC names death row convicts

The SC has stayed the release of only three of the seven convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case -- Santhan, Murugan, Perarivalan. These three are those whose death sentence had been commuted to life. The other four convicts -- Nalini, Robert Payas, Jayakumar and Ravichandran -- had been given a life sentence.

The SC however says the stay is applicable to all seven convicts.
