The Tamil Nadu government's decision to set free all seven convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case extremely unfortunate, Minister of State, Home, RPN Singh has said.

"No letter has come from the Tamil Nadu government on its move to release the convicts," said Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde.
