No defamatory comments against Ananth Kumar: Court to Kejriwal

Vicky Nanjappa reports from Bangalore: The Bangalore city civil court has ordered Arvind Kejriwal not to make any defamatory comments against BJP leader Ananth Kumar.

The BJP general secretary had filed a civil suit in the City Civil Court in Bangalore against Kejriwal for making defamatory statements against him during a meeting of the Aam Aadmi Party in New Delhi on January 31.

He had accused Kumar of corruption charges.

The court found a prima facie case of defamation and has granted a temporary injunction against Kejriwal.

The court further restrained him from making any further defamatory statements against Kumar.
