India can only become a superpower if women are empowered: Rahul

On the second day of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's election campaigning in Karnataka, he is addressing a rally in Tumkur.

Says he is happy to come here as the place has seen a lot of development. States where women are empowered are developing faster.
