Andhra Pradesh CM Kiran Kumar Reddy hits out at the PM. He said if the PM's heart was bleeding watching the disruption of Parliament proceedings, he should understand how crores of hearts are bleeding over the Telangana Bill. He said the Bill was introduced in an undemorcatic manner. "Quitting is an option, but I will discuss the matter with MPs and MLAs," said Reddy.
