Cong MP promises to immolate himself if T-Bill is passed

Sabbam Hari, a Congress MP from Andhra Pradesh, went on record to say that he would get an inflammable tablet inside the well of the House on Thursday. If the Telangana Bill is passed he set the tablet on fire and immolate himself and run towards the Treasury benches.
