In a public letter to Najib Jung, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has expressed his surprise over the Delhi Lieutenant Governor seeking the opinion of the Solicitor General on whether the Jan Lokpal Bill is constitutional.

Kejriwal also urged the Lt Guv to not stall the passage of the Jan Lokpal Bill despite immense pressure from the Union home ministry and the ruling Congress.
