BJD government stealing your money: Rahul in Odisha

While addressing a rally in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi made some serious allegations.

He claimed that the ruling BJD government had failed to provide employment to the people of Odisha which, in his opinion, was the "richest state in India".

The funds meant for mid-day meals for school children have been stolen by the state government, claimed Gandhi.
