Badal lying on Operation Bluestar, PCC chief

Rubbishing Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal's claim that he was in jail at the time of Operation Bluestar, Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh today said "either he has lost his memory or is deliberately lying to mislead people".

Amarinder said he would be releasing documents in due course of time to establish that Badal was "very much a free man before and after Operation Bluestar and was arrested much later".

In a statement, the former chief minister dared Badal to prove him wrong on this point.
