The Delhi cabinet asks the Lt Governor to form a Special Investigations Team (SIT) to probe the 1984 riots. Last week, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal discussed the matter with Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung, whose approval is required for the constitution of the SIT. AAP minister Manish Sisodia says the SIT should be formed with police from outside the state.
