Raghubar Das sworn in as the CM of Jharkhand

BJP leader Raghubar Das has been sworn in as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand in Ranchi.

Das is the first non-Adivasi CM of the state.

Along with Das, Nilkanth Singh Munda, Chandreswar Prasad Singh, Chandraprakash Choudhary and Louis Marandi were sworn-in as cabinet ministers.

Senior party leader Venkaiah Naidu was in attendance at the ceremony as well. Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Union minister Nitin Gadkari, and Raman Singh were also present.

The BJP emerged as the largest party in the state in the recently conducted assembly elections.
