J&K: NC offers support to PDP for govt formation

The National Conference has offered support to the Peoples Democratic Party for formation of a coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir.

The PDP and the BJP, which emerged as the top two parties in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, began talks in Srinagar on government-formation.
