Sanjay Dutt comes out of Yerwada jail on parole

Actor Sanjay Dutt today walked out from the Yerwada Central Jail after being granted a 14-day furlough.

Dutt had applied for furlough which was granted by the police authorities yesterday. 

The actor is serving a jail sentence in Yerwada Central Jail after being convicted under the Arms Act in 2013 in Mumbai bomb blast case. He has reportedly spent over 118 days out of jail, either on parole or furlough (temporary leave of absence) between May 2013 and May 2014.

He has already served 18 months of his five-year jail term.
