With its "political vendetta" slogan in the Saradha case finding no takers, Trinamool Congress plans to take its protest against the Narendra Modi government in Parliament outside the House.

To give a boost to proceedings, chief minister Mamata Banerjee will join her MPs as she hits the Capital today.

While Mamata is scheduled to call on ailing President Pranab Mukherjee, she also has plans for a dharna which could be either in front of the PM's residence or outside the Delhi CBI headquarters.

TMC MPs in Rajya Sabha have coordinated with eight opposition parties to take on the government on various issues, including that of religious conversions.
