Gunman shouted at remaining hostages when five escaped

7 News Sydney reports that when the five hostages escaped, the gunman could be seen getting extremely agitated, shouting at the remaining hostages. Hostages inside the Lindt cafe have also been made to hold up an Islamic flag and used as a shield from police snipers.
