5 dead in Philadelphia shootings; police say gunman is army vet

At least five people have been shot and killed at multiple locations in Montgomery, Pa., according to published reports. Authorities haven't confirmed if the shootings are related.

As of 10 am, a male military veteran is barricaded in a house in Souderton, about 35 miles north of Center City Philadelphia according to a report on 6ABC.com. Schools in that area are under a 'shelter in place' meaning no one is allowed in or out of district buildings.
