More terror attacks expected but India ready to counter them: Defence Minister

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar said today that intelligence agencies had warned of more terror attacks in India but also assured that "all arrangements had been made to counter them".

Parrikar, who is in Goa on a two-day visit, said, "We also have intelligence inputs that there might be more terrorist attacks planned by various groups in the next few days; we have made all arrangement to counter it."

Parrikar's statement comes on the same day as the arrest of the ISIS twitter account handler in Bengaluru.
