Google is the best place to work. Here's why

Career site Glassdoors annual list of the 50 Best Places to Work is out, and Google is on top this year.

The search giant topped businesses such as Chevron and In-N-Out Burger to earn the accolade.

An anonymous review highlighted in the ranking that claims to be from a Google program manager calls the company world class in terms of benefits and care of employees and almost unmatched in terms of compensation. However, the reviewer also points out that bureaucracy and internal politics have become bigger hindrances to work life as Google has gotten bigger, reports TIME magazine.
