Odisha CM makes rare appearance in Parliament

More buzz from Parliament: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was in Central Hall today greeting senior union ministers. There has been speculation about his health, but his appearance in the Central Hall, Patnaik put paid to the negative publicity building around him.

As an aside, Patnaik has always avoided using special aircraft except during poll campaigns.
