Happy birthday, Mrs Gandhi

Congress president Sonia Gandh is not celebrating her birthday today, something she has insisted upon, in the backdrop of the terror attacks in Kashmir last week.

However, Pradesh Congress Chiefs were given time during Parliament today to greet her.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among the first to greet her, andhad also tweeted his wishes early this morning.

Inside Parliament, some Congress MPs went to touch her feet, but Sonia stopped them.
