Black Friday terror attacks affect 3rd phase: J-K polls 58%

Just in: A 58 per cent voter turnout was recorded in the third phase of polling in Jammu and Kashmir. That's an approximate 12 per cent drop from the frist and second phase (70 per cent).

Security arrangements in all the three districts have been strengthened in the wake of Friday's violence, where 21 persons including 11 security personnel and eight militants were killed in four incidents in the valley.
