Najma Heptullah to be made Punjab governor?

Speculation is rife that current Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptullah, 75, will be made the governor of Punjab after current Governor Shivraj Patil retires. The move is likely to take place to accommodate new Shiv Sena leaders into the cabinet, which is reportedly to take place in the first week of January.
