Gowda says no to Congress walkout from LS

Why did former prime minister Deve Gowda refuse to join the Congress walkout from the Lok Sabha on Friday?

Sources say there was no ideological divide behind it. In fact, \the reason for Gowda staying put was that the walkout was led by the Congress's Mallikarjuna Kharge, who too hails from Karnataka, Gowda's home state.
