Centre sticks to stand of scrapping German in Kendriya Vidyalayas

The Ministry of Human Resource Development has stuck to its decision of scrapping German as a third language in Kendriya Vidyalayas. The Centre said that students can opt either German or Sanskrit in this academic session. The SC agreed with the Centre's proposal, saying it was a good solution and there will be no burden on students.
