Shipping secy heads National Shipping Board

Shipping Minister Nitin Gadkari has appointed Dr Viswapati Trivedi as chairman of the National Shipping Board. Dr Trivedi was shipping secretary till his last working day in November. The shipping ministry occasionally refers crucial policy issues to the National Shipping Board for an opinion.
