Why did they make the 100-day promise: Anna on BJP vow to bring black money

After the Congress slammed the BJP for failing to live up to its election promises on black money, social crusader Anna Hazare also slammed the Modi sarkar on their failure to live up to its words. "I knew before polls that the procedure to get back black money is long. Why did they make the 100 day promise?" asked Hazare.

Congress, too, has slammed the BJP saying that during elections the BJP had made tall claims of bringing back all the black money but it was still do so.
