Srinivasan drags Pawar's name in scandal

After being rapped, the BCCI president in exile, N Srinivasan dragged in former BCCI president Sharad Pawar into the scandal. Srinivasan said that he had sought Sharad Pawar's opinion before he had bid for the Chennai Super Kings franchise. He further added that Pawar had told him that since he was part of a private company, there would be no issue and that they could bid.

The Supreme Court criticised the BCCI for not setting up an inquiry in the IPL scandal.
