Hours after it was reported that today would most likely be the day that the deadlock between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Shiv Sena would end, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that talks with the Sena was 80% complete and that an alliance between the two was on the brink.
