Janardhan Dwivedi says senior leaders must not hold active posts
August 28, 2014  15:53
Congress leader Janardhan Dwivedi has set the cat among the pigeons with his statement that politicians must have a retirement age and senior leaders should not be on active posts. He said youth should be given preference in active politics and that a generational change is essential in politics.

This comes just days after the BJP shunted stalwarts like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi, from its highest decision-making body, the parliamentary board.
