WB: Gas leak in abandoned godown in Asansol leaves 2 dead

Two women on Tuesday night after inhaling poisonous gas leaking from the godown of a closed factory in Asansol in West Bengal. More than 20 people were also hospitalised.

The condition of at least seven of them is critical. Sources claimed that the godown was being used as a garage and several cylinders of gas were being used for welding were stored in the premise.
