Former IPL Chief Lalit Modi's passport restored, can now fly to India

The Delhi high court today restored sacked IPL commissioner Lalit Modi's passport. Modi who is facing an Enforcement Directorate probe into allegations of financial irregularities, can now fly to India. 

Modi, who is now in London had been summoned several times by the ED in the past, had moved the high court in November 2012 against the decision of chief passport officer in Delhi who had upheld the revocation of his passport by Mumbai Regional Passport Officer.
