Gwalior judge who alleged sexual harassment by judge moves SC

A Gwalior judge who had alleged sexual harassment against a high court judge, has moved the Supreme Court expressing dissatisfaction over the setting up of a committee to look into her complaint. 

The former woman judge has pleaded before the Supreme Court to set up an external committee comprising two chief justices and one high court judge. 

The lady judge, who had resigned after the alleged sexual harassment, has pleaded before the SC to reinstate her as the additional district and sessions judge.
