Vinod Rai accepts Congress's dare to debate?

Reacting to Congress's dare of a debate to argue the authenticity of his comments, former Comptroller Auditor General Vinod Rai said he would debate among equals. Manish Tewari from the Congress had said that Vinod Rai should clarify his statements and also wanted to debate with him on the statements he made, alleging that Congress functionaries had asked him to drop names from his CWG and Coalgate reports.
