Homeless man steals signage from Foley memorial service

A homeless man was charged with stealing a no parking sign from the memorial service for the late American journalist James Foley. David Gordon, 49, was spotted holding one of the orange cardboard signs that are attached to wooden stakes. Gordon wrote that he was homeless and asking for money on the sign. Gordon was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. His bail is set at $1,000 and he is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
