Haryana CM attacks BJP over heckling issue
August 24, 2014  16:33
Addressing thousands at his Panipat rally, Haryana Chief Minister today attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party over the heckling issue, saying that booing him was booing Haryana. "Haryana never tolerates an insult, my insult was an insult to Haryana," he said. Hooda added that the voters would give a befitting reply to BJP in upcoming state polls. The comments come after Hooda, a Congress leader, was left fuming as a hostile crowd hooted at a function in Modi's presence in Kaithal in Haryana. Upset at the jeering, Hooda said he will not attend any function of the Prime Minister or union ministers if the Haryana BJP leadership did not change its attitude.
