Congress dares Vinod Rai to a debate over allegations

Following the shocking allegations the former Comptroller and Auditor General of India Vinod Rai made about Congress leaders asking him to drop names from the coal scam and the CWG scam, senior Congress leaders dare former CAG Vinod Rai for an open debate. The allies of the Congress also questioned his timing and said that if his allegations were, in fact, true, why didn't he come forward earlier. Mocking him, the Congress said, "Writing books seems to be a retirement plan."
