Passengers injured as IndiGo flight catches fire while landing in Delhi

Just in: An IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Delhi with 147 passengers on board caught fire while landing at the Indira Gandhi International airport Terminal 1-D in New Delhi.

As per the initial reports, several passengers sustained injuries while they were being evacuated through the emergency exits of the plane.

However, the nature of injuries and the number of passengers injured are yet not clear. The injured have been taken to the nearby hospital.
