Pak envoy: Cancelled meet is a setback

On the meeting with separatists, Basit said this has been a long standing practice. "Both India and Pakistan agree that Jammu and Kashmir is a bilateral issue. As to where we go from here, we will see. This is a setback (the cancelled meet with foreign secretaries), but diplomacy is the art of possible. We will persevere in finding peaceful solution to our problems in line with our leadership vision on both sides of the border."
