Uma Bharti on cleaning Ganga: Will give SC report on what has been done

Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Uma Bharti, reacts to the SC's mandate on cleaning the Ganga. She said that the Supreme Court's concern was valid and her office would give the court a report about what has been done till now.

The government has been given two weeks to explain how it plans to clean up the Ganga, with irate Supreme Court judges asking, "Are you saving the Holy River? You are showing no urgency in this matter, only in other matters."
