Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Leh. This is the first visit by any PM to the Ladakh region since the 1999 Kargil war.

Apart from inaugurating two hydro projects and laying the foundation stone for the Leh-Sringar transmission line, the PM will address army personnel to boost their morale.
