There's a seemingly new trend that is being observed during question hour in Parliament.

While replying to questions, most ministers, like Fertiliser Minister Anand Kumar today for instance, invoke the name of 'Narendra Modi, our Prime Minister' and say it is his vision is to achieve targets before 2018. This sentence is added to every question-answer and always evokes much desk-thumping from the treasury benches.
