Nithari killings: Accused Pandher granted bail in 4 cases, but not in 8 others

Just in: The Allahabad High Court, Monday, granted bail to businessman Moninder Singh Pandher, an accused in the infamous Nithari serial killings of Noida, a case that outraged the nation. Pandher was granted bail in four cases, but will remain in jail for eight other cases of murder, kidnapping.

Pandher was acquitted in the Rimpa Haldhar case but he remains an accused in some of the other cases relating to the Nithari killings. However, his domestic help and prime accused, Surinder Koli, was convicted for multiple cases of rape and murder.
