Modi to offer 2,500 kg of white Indian sandalwood at Pashupatinath temple

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu, Nepal. The PM will offer special prayers and 2,500 kg of white Indian sandalwood to the temple. Hundred and two special priests will offer prayers with Modi. 

Only royalty are allowed to sit inside the temple other than priests.

On the second day of his visit to Nepal, Modi will also meet Nepal's President Ram Baran Yadav and leaders of various political parties before leaving for India.
