What Jaya would gain if she backs Modi

Our correspondent in New Delhi reports: If the All India Anna Dravida Munetra Kazhagam prefers to join the NDA government, Jayalalithaa will seek the same portfolios which it enjoyed during former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's tenure.

She would either be given the Union railway ministry or the post of deputy prime minister, if she wants to leave state politics and move to New Delhi. The buzz in political circles is that the AIADMK will get three Cabinet and two ministers of state if Modi invites them to join the government.
