EC takes action against Modi for flashing BJP symbol

The Election Commission takes action against Narendra Modi for flashing the BJP symbol after he cast his vote in Ahmedabad today.

Action will be taken against him under section 126 (1B) of the Representation of People's Act. The EC has asked authorities in Gujarat to take necessary steps against Modi.
