April 13, 2014  18:29
NCP supremo Sharad Pawar today stepped up his attack on Narendra Modi, saying the BJP Prime Ministerial candidate is "dreaming" of becoming Hitler and asked people to foil his "attempt" in the Lok Sabha polls.

"Someone is dreaming to become Hitler in this country. We shouldn't allow such forces to succeed. We must foil his attempt in this elections," he tweeted, without naming Modi. Pawar, the Union Agriculture Minister, also took a dig at the Gujarat Chieef Minister in connection with his remarks on Quit India Movement.

"According to NaMo, Gandhiji launched Quit India Movement from Wardha.... Thank god he didn't say that it was launched from Ahmedabad...!" Attacking BJP on women's reservation, Pawar also tweeted, "We want to give 50 per cent  reservation to women in legislature. BJP leaders always made fun of it in private. How will they run this nation...?"
