Medha slams Mulayam for rape remark, agrees on abuse of death penalty

AAP's Medha Patkar on Mulayam Singh's statement that "boys make mistakes" and that the death penalty is warranted for rapists." Patkar said, "Rape isn't a small mistake and can't be forgiven. But I am against death penalty too."

Mulayam made the statement at a rally in Mordabad and said women often screamed rape when an affair went bust and the boys landed in trouble. "Young boys make mistakes and the women use the law to get back at them," said Mulayam.
