Modi attacks Sonia on Nirbhaya fund

Modi says that instead of taking up guns, people here should take up pens, an appeal to the Naxal-infested area for peace.
He says he appeals to Maoists to consider whether they want to spread blood or work for the glory of the nation.
Back on familiar ground -- attacking the Congress -- he says, "Madam Soniaji, you are a woman, yet you are misleading women. We want the answers on pertinent issues. Madam Soniaji you had declared Rs 1000 crore for the Nirbhaya fund. What happened to that money? Not a single paisa out of this fund was spend for the safety of women."
